Key Learning

During our fourth week, the teachers asked us to organize a document in which we had to answer the question "How do you see yourself as future leaders?" and write an introduction explaining what it means to be a leader, include quotes to support our ideas and concepts, and also talk a little about the perspective we chose and develop it.

Personal Connection

This session connects with our lifelong learning because we are preparing to understand leadership concepts more deeply. Through research, we gained insight into different perspectives on leadership and how it directly relates to teaching. We concluded that the authors of the articles we read shared a common thread: leadership is about having the ability to motivate people, not by giving orders, but by inspiring, listening, and setting a clear example so that others can place their trust in you and work independently toward a shared goal as a team.

Feel More Prepared and Motivated 

This week's learning made us feel more confident in our academic writing skills. Before, citations seemed confusing, but now we feel more capable of understanding and applying them correctly. Starting the final project also motivated us because we could see how the knowledge from the course can be applied in a real and meaningful task.

Leadership Reflection 

One leadership quality we noticed in ourselves was collaboration. During the process of creating the project draft, we shared ideas, listened to each other's opinions, and supported one another. We also noticed responsibility and communication skills, since both of us needed to contribute and stay organized to move forward with the project.

how to cite certain online sources correctly? and how to make the final project more organized and creative at the same time?
