During our third week, we learnd about different leadership perspectives. As a team we chose principal leadership. we learned that this types of leadership focuses on how a principal leads, inspires, and improves their school, not just how they organize it, but also how they guide, motivate, and enhance the educational community

Personal Connection

This session connects to our jouney as lifelong learners, because we are preparing to be future teachers and possibly school leaders. Learning about principal leadership helps us understand how a school leader can create a positive environment for teachers and students. We realized that leadership is not only about giving orders, but about supporting others, listening, and building a strong school community.

Exploring leadership perspective insight

learning about principal leadership made us feel more confident and motivated. Now we understand that a principal has an importan rol in improving education, is also a leader who inspires, supports, and guides the whole school community. This new perspective help us to understand that leadership is not something impossible or only for people with authority. principla leadership shows that education can change when there is a strong and positive leader. A good principal can improve teachers' performance, create a better learning enviroment and support students' success.

Leadership reflection

One leadership quality we noticed in ourselves is responsibility. As future teachers, we understand the importance of guiding students and being a good example. We also noticed the importance of empathy in leadership, especially in principals who support their teachers and students. In others, we observed that good leaders communicate clearly and create trust. These qualities are essential to build a positive learning environment.
